From a young age, I knew that I had spiritual gifts for helping others.
It was Lauren Aiyana’s soul path of discovering her inner alignment and purpose that lead her to being a spiritual mentor and practitioner. With over 18 years of experience, working in the field of Holistic Healing, it has helped Lauren to understand that the real spirit of healing is through insight and consciousness. When we develop our inner selves we also help to raise the vibration of the planet and make it a better place for all to live.
Lauren’s journey into spiritual work and coaching came from overcoming childhood traumas, and listening to a deep, deep calling within her heart, realizing it was all for a greater intention, and she could not escape from the sacredness of love, unity, and learning. She came into this world spiritually sensitive, with empathic, & telepathic qualities, special gifts given to her to help others. Her approach with clients is very simple. She doesn’t seek, …She Listens.
Training with the Original Living Wisdoms of the Divine Mother
The majority of Lauren’s spiritual development is rooted in her devoted study of the Original Living Wisdom of the Andes, received through direct apprenticeship with pure knowledge holders. She is an initiated practitioner of this lineage, having spent over two decades in deep study with Andean masters in both North and South America. Today, she works as a spiritual mentor, energy healer, and private life coach, supporting individuals in deep personal transformation and inner alignment.
Her path has been one of sincere refinement—focused not on performance, but on the direct development of the spirit and the cultivation of a harmonious relationship with creation. Through years of disciplined practice, she has undergone profound processes of energetic refinement, trauma clearing, and inner transformation. Her training, while deeply advanced, is grounded in simplicity, integrity, and lived experience, offering clients a space for emotional healing, intuitive development, and grounded clarity.
In addition to her Andean foundation, Lauren has engaged in meaningful studies with Native American wisdom keepers in the United States, as well as immersive work within the Mary Magdalene lineage across sacred sites in Europe. These experiences have further shaped her understanding of pure, lineage-based spirituality, intuitive guidance, and the reverence for the Earth as a living intelligence.
She has been fully alcohol- and substance-free throughout her entire adult life. All of her training has been conducted without the use of plant medicine, reflecting her commitment to clarity, sovereignty, and clean, uncompromised spiritual development—an approach that supports clients seeking grounded, high-integrity spiritual guidance and lasting transformation.
