For more than two decades Jan has played a pivotal role in the multi-billion dollar high fashion and modeling industry. Jan is an industry expert and accomplished executive in the talent management field.

Jan's career was focused initially on the founding and growth of NEXT Model Management, followed by the turnaround and development of IMG Model's brand as Executive Vice President, helping both become two of the most recognized and successful modeling agencies in the world.

Since 2004, Jan has been consulting diverse clients focused in the areas of modeling, advertising, music, photography, and fashion. Her role focuses on talent management, negotiating and managing celebrity contracts for beauty brands, and business development.
